Who we are
Castling Holdings LLC operates ShepAIrd. This policy describes how we handle personal information on the ShepAIrd website and when you deal with us. It is not a description of how your own ShepAIrd instance handles company sources. You run that instance.
The software is yours
ShepAIrd supports self-hosted deployment. Configured external providers may receive selected content for features such as embeddings and summaries; data flow depends on your configuration. We do not receive those sources as a processor or controller unless you send them to us, for example in a support message.
The website
You can read the website without an account. Our host may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security, uptime, and abuse prevention. This marketing site does not use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or a sign-in.
If you contact us or buy
If you write to Castling Holdings LLC, we use that message to reply and to keep a record of the request. If you purchase ShepAIrd, we will handle billing details as described at checkout and in any processor terms shown there. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
Today the website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will say so here and add a cookie notice. You can still use ordinary browser storage settings on your device.
Retention and rights
We keep website logs and correspondence only as long as needed to operate, secure, and improve the site, to answer you, and to meet legal duties. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold, or to object to some processing. Contact us through your evaluation sponsor to ask. We may need to verify who you are.
Children
ShepAIrd is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where a higher digital-consent age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are effective when posted. The date at the top will change.
