What to budget for

The profile price is only one part of a deployment. Agree on the supported sources, number of users, hosting, identity setup, support, and any external model usage before the evaluation begins.

Do I need to pay for an AI model?

Keyword and fuzzy retrieval have a provider-free starting point. Optional semantic retrieval needs configured embedding coverage and can incur provider costs. A trial should measure the complete cost of the workflow you use.

How do the monthly and annual rates differ?

Team lists a monthly rate of $29 per user and an annual-plan equivalent of $24 per user per month, with at least three seats. Company lists $39 per user per month and a $12,000 yearly minimum. Billing terms are confirmed separately; switching this display does not purchase a plan.

Can I start with a small source set?

Yes. Prepare a trial around code, saved knowledge, and a few questions you can verify. Confirm any other integrations before treating them as available.

Does this website provision an instance?

No. It explains the product and helps you prepare an evaluation. Access, deployment qualification, and commercial terms are agreed separately.
